Not the mizzenmast or mainmast holes though. -
Well the foremast hole looks fine

All the cut marks are slightly to far to the right

The mast holes are a bit off centre as well, I have a drill I could make new holes but should I fill the holes with something else besides wood or should I use the idea of filling it with a wood cilinder and wood glue.

So I got a solid hull and the place to fit the keel into is off center. What do I do?

i just got this great book from the library called ship modeling simplified and it changes everything! so far it can tell me almost anything i want to know! i recomend this book for any beginners like me!
