    Good Morning Paul. I am building Pauline and am at the step of constructing the antenna system. The difficulty I am having is inserting the.20 brass rod into the small hole in part LP24A I tried enlarging the holes but broke each part How did you accomplish this step? Also did you paint the antenna silver-I tried but paint will not adhere and if it did it would make the rod even thicker. Your photos and steps serve me well as at 88 I need all the help I can get !! Dick

The Guild is a non-profit educational organization whose mission is to “Advance Ship Modeling Through Research”. We provide support to our members in their efforts to raise the quality of their model ships.

The Nautical Research Guild has published our world-renowned quarterly magazine, The Nautical Research Journal, since 1955. The pages of the Journal are full of articles by accomplished ship modelers who show you how they create those exquisite details on their models, and by maritime historians who show you the correct details to build.
