    My first card model ship. This is a free download kit from modelsnmoore.com. The late Magnus Morck produced it. It is a civil war blockade boat with a mine detecting bar out front  The tiny parts definitely challenged me (I have a diminished sense of touch.) I would have enjoyed a lot more directions with this kit but you can't beat free. 😃

     

    I was not sure what to do with the rigging (no directions) so lets call it a symbolic rigging job. 😃 

     

    I apologize for skipping to the end after getting the superstructure done. I will try not to be as skimpy with the photos on the next one.

The Guild is a non-profit educational organization whose mission is to “Advance Ship Modeling Through Research”. We provide support to our members in their efforts to raise the quality of their model ships.
