    HI Thanks for your answers, I realise VICTORY didn't have tinted windows I have been on her twice over the years. I was talking about the windows in the kit. Cheers

    HI ALL I'm hoping a member might help me with a question about the age of a COREL VICTORY kit which I have aquired. It has yellow windows on the stern galleries but most models I have seen have blue. ( I'm not keen on either ). Would anybody have any clue as to when the kit was manufactured. The price on the box is £199 sterling. They are now selling for over £400 sterling. Cheers All.

The Guild is a non-profit educational organization whose mission is to “Advance Ship Modeling Through Research”. We provide support to our members in their efforts to raise the quality of their model ships.

The Nautical Research Guild has published our world-renowned quarterly magazine, The Nautical Research Journal, since 1955. The pages of the Journal are full of articles by accomplished ship modelers who show you how they create those exquisite details on their models, and by maritime historians who show you the correct details to build.
