  1. As far as I understood, McArdle drew drawings from the museum model, and not from the modern one. As I understand it, at that time, large-sized glasses could not be made. Therefore, it will be correct to make small squares on the windows.
  2. Here are a couple more photos where you can clearly see the windows at the stern.
  3. There are more bindings on the museum model than on the blueprints, so I did a lot of bindings.
  4. I made according to the drawings of the author of the book.
  5. I also cut the grille for the windows on a cnc machine
  6. I drew the decor on a computer, then cut it out on a cnc machine. Then I finished it by hand.
  7. Then I began to make the stern of the ship. I redid it 3 times. I didn't like the result.
  8. I put the guns on the deck, now I can sew it up with boards
  9. Then I started making guns. At first, the master made a model from wood. Then I made a silicone mold with it. And then I started casting cannons out of tin. Then I electroplated the cannons with copper and blackened them.
  10. Put the pumps on the deck and began laying the next deck.
  11. I cover with oil inside and out to the same level.
  12. At the same time, I cover the outside with oil to the level of this deck
  13. As soon as I finish the deck, I immediately cover it with tung oil.
  14. I made loops from copper wire. Flattened it with a hammer, bent and soldered. Then I inked it with special chemicals.
  15. Rudder blade and water pump. When I got tired of pounding wooden knots, I did every little thing.
  16. A light tree is a pear, and a black one is a black hornbeam. The whole decor was made of boxwood.
