Using thin quick set CA the glue gets absorbed by wood, and a second coat has to be used. I switched to the thicked CA and it works ok. Hallo, I am a new member from Holland so my english may be poor every now and then! Just bought this kit and did not start yet! Read about the scale problem; really appreciate the tip and solution. My additional question on this issue: when the diameter is reduced then the distance to the boat should be adjusted as well or is that not significant?
