I have a large selection of the Model Shipways acrylic paints but had to put my hobby on hold for some time. I am trying to get started again and was wondering if there was a trick to salvaging these paints. They say to thin with water but I'm thinking it may take a little more than that, if even possible.

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Try 90 % Isoprol alcohol from local drug store. It must be the 90% not the regular stuff. I use this rather than water to thin the paint.
