Note - I know I said that I wasn't going to separate these but I ended up not holding true to that. If you want either of the last to let me know. I am trying to clear a few books off my shelves. I'm in the US and will mail these out for the cost of postage; that probably only makes sense for people in the US but if you're interested I can estimate postage anywhere in the world.
