We don't routinely check MSW for NRG related problems. It is always better for you to contact our office directly at nrghomeoffice@gmail.com or send us a PM to get our attention. I know that the FDs were made by combining the 3 shorter FDs into one bigger FD. Did you buy the complete SIS flash drive, or did you buy each section (early, middle, late) separately? If you bought the complete set, you might have to look for the index for the 3rd FD to open it. Check with Kurt about it. He knows more than I do about this sort of thing.
