St Helena by guyfromdenmark - Constructo - Scale 1:85 - first build (M20)

I've always wanted a modelship, because they look great in a room, and the sails, masts, wood, is very beautiful. But of course I didn't want to buy someone else's model, so I found a cheap kit online that looked easy to build. At least it said so on the package. But it don't have any skills with my hands, so yeah here we go...

Day 1: I marked the deck... everything is going fine so far

Day 1, later: stupid wood broke when bending it, so i just broke it into place and glued it on piece by piece

Sometimes these older 'beginner' kits can be quite a challenge! Good luck on your project, and don't be afraid to ask for help.

Day 2: Problem fixed with some wood filler, and extreme amounts of glue. I also added something underneath, and the bow.

Day 3: started to paint and added some more stringers to the sides
