I am having a problem locating/finding (Threads Sizes .002", .003" & .004" Diameters). I have tried so many websites, Hobby shops and sewing places. Any Subjections or ideas? Sailcat Posted October 4, 2014 Share #3 Posted October 4, 2014 When I was searching for threads of various sizes I had good luck at jewellery/craft stores - not pre-made jewellery but the 'make your own' places. They are also called Bead Shops as well. Couldn't always find the correct colour but that just meant some home modification. Hope this is of some help. If you use the nylon/cotton tread the nylon is inside the smaller treads and is the same color as the whole tread. I use it for seizing and sewing on bolt ropes.
