HMS Beagle 1:60 Occre by Donsangria - first build

This is the result of my first build. I am very happy how it turned out. I started some years ago, my progress besides work and family was slow but steady. I improved the kit in several aspects (in my opinion). I don't exactly know anymore everything I changed but most prominent are the sails. I used silkspan to make the sails instead of the fabric provided with the kit. 

I'm open to questions and discussions about the Beagle. If you are building the Beagle and would like a closeup photo of a certain part feel free to ask. I know how valiable such photos can be and profited greatly from several build logs on here.
