  1. Thanks Steven I have the project of modelling a simplified version of the Saint-Philippe, a french at time of Louis XIVth, a three decked war ship, but I have first to read all the documentation (weight = 4 kg... 😘) At scale 1/48, it's a 1.20 m length baby :
  2. I close this topic with a last session of my "evening pics", today, the king Sun is out of strike :
  3. End of built : I have no doc for going further : Thanks to all friendly followers of this forum ☺️
  4. Then, gluing the first group of six cleats (not so easy it seems to be... 😋) :
  5. Ten cleats prepared about the sixteen provided, fast like :
  6. My usual evening pics, the next with a zoom macro 14 x :
  7. Nobody knows, but Jesus... ☺️ I've choosen the second, because it seemed to me easer making same all the sixteen pieces :
  8. Today tests, about the range-cleats (I prefer the left one, less difficult than the right two) :
  9. Preview of shipyard's ending : Green drawing shows a without sail model
  10. Today work about main mast : Good light for pics comes out of that :
  11. I understand you're right, latin rigging of Niña is 1492 dated The administration of MSW could perhaps move this log in Middle-age section, before 1500 AD ? I prepared this morning the mizain rigging :
  12. I found the latin rigging much more difficult than the classical squared rigging, it looks easy, but it isn't... About the classification of my built, sorry, am I also right : it's a scratch built, not a kit, and more, without verifiable historic source, following an original method, starting from logical reasoning to compensate for the lack of reliable documentation I hope that you will,nt be disappointed... 😘
