I have a question. in the plane of the frames, leaving 5 slides on the poop deck. but showing the boat flat finish, only 3. seeing photos from other builders, are the two versions. Is there a reason? Or does every author to your liking? Thank you. cabrapente- 332 replies

for wheel axles of the carriages, use a brass tube, which goes round and give focused my worst fears were fulfilled. when mounting the sleepers, never had clear its exact location. the cover is about three millimeters higher, with respect to the slides. the carriage with the barrel, do not fit. the only thing I can think of, is pressing the carriage axles and lower a bit the support shaft barrel. I hope the best comes next.,- 332 replies

I still have the brackets. I've found a way to use the syringe tail. with a large syringe (for horses), can be sucked directly from the boat tail. is placed a small syringe (being more manageable) at the tip and the tail is transferred. needle, previously, we have started with pliers. in the hole, a pin which fits perfectly serves cap. took several days using it, and does not fail. short deck plankingI put the brackets- 332 replies

About the NRG
If you enjoy building ship models that are historically accurate as well as beautiful, then The Nautical Research Guild (NRG) is just right for you.
The Guild is a non-profit educational organization whose mission is to “Advance Ship Modeling Through Research”. We provide support to our members in their efforts to raise the quality of their model ships.
The Nautical Research Guild has published our world-renowned quarterly magazine, The Nautical Research Journal, since 1955. The pages of the Journal are full of articles by accomplished ship modelers who show you how they create those exquisite details on their models, and by maritime historians who show you the correct details to build. The Journal is available in both print and digital editions. Go to the NRG web site (www.thenrg.org) to download a complimentary digital copy of the Journal. The NRG also publishes plan sets, books and compilations of back issues of the Journal and the former Ships in Scale and Model Ship Builder magazines.
