  1. When you were installing your waterways, after you had beveled the inside edge to meet the planking, did you have to clamp in the waterway as you cut the bevel for the side that backed up to the bulkhead? Did you do any wetting of the waterway before you forced it next to the bulkhead?

      I'm not sure I understand the question.  If you're asking, did I pre-bend them?, the answer is yes.  I didn't have pictures, at the time, but tried to describe the jig I built to shape the waterways to fit.  For the pieces at the bow, I cut them on the bandsaw to fit the arc. I did not use Mr. Hunt's make-them-from-two-pieces strategy.  I had extra material and used the plan to make a cutting template.  I believe you'll see that process in my build log.  Hope that helps.
