    Hello Members, I am new to this forum and excited to learn more about model ships. I am starting out with one that has me interested in collecting or at least being knowledgable about model ships that are rare and valuable. My first ship that I have is the Thermopylae which I have tried doing research on but I cannot find much information about this model ship and apparently its a hard ship to find when I browse the internet. I hope to learn a lot more about it and also love looking at other model ships that I've discovered within this community.

The Guild is a non-profit educational organization whose mission is to “Advance Ship Modeling Through Research”. We provide support to our members in their efforts to raise the quality of their model ships.

The Nautical Research Guild has published our world-renowned quarterly magazine, The Nautical Research Journal, since 1955.
