    started double planking hull.

    Hi Brian, Its currently on hold, its at the rigging stage of sorts, just have to set up a few more chain plates. I started the Scottish Maid as a slight break on a simpler wooden model ship to build. Cheers Ray

    just having a little break from building the Norske Love, the Norske Love is at the rigging stage of sorts, so I need to set up chain plates for the shrouds and a few other things for it, install the yard arms and sails etc..

    Thanks Brian, will consider using pva glue next time although it doesn't set as fast as the super glue.

    hi Brian, its been super glued also as well as tied I suppose I could have pinned it down or taped it down then applied some super glue rather than tying it then glueing it.

    varnished bowsprit and masts.

    added rope loops to the bowsprit.

    painted the crows nests on the mast black, added rope rings to the lower part of 2 masts.

    looking at adding chain plates for the shrouds or ratlines tommorow.

    applied a coat of varnish to the other side of the hull.
