Reason is, is that here in my country hobby shops only seem to have an local importer for AL products. So other companies like Euromodel, you are going to have to either buy and ship from their website, or nicely ask your hobby store to do it for you, which means it becomes a lot more expensive than normally buying it from a brick an mortar store. However, I see one shop here sells Al and Constructo, with the Constructo being a bit cheaper than AL. Nevertheless I would say both are equally low - may be it is better to speak of a particular kit from their range than just general talk, otherwise there is not much to recommend .
