Whome? Posted January 27, 2020 #1 Posted January 27, 2020 HP103000 Collet Set is for use with H.25 Handpiece, Costing approximately $20 apiece or $80 for the set of different sizes. Does anybody know of a generic Collet equal or better in quality but inexpensive alternative and where to find it?

There probably isn't enough demand for them for anybody to make aftermarket ones. Like all close-tolerance machine tools, collets of any type are always surprisingly expensive.
