I don't know if these would work for a topsail schooner, but David Steel' Elements and Practice of Rigging and Seamanship as well as table in Lees' Masting and Rigging may be close if not spot on.   Steel's book is available on line https://maritime.org/doc/steel/index.htm.       Go to  pages 39 and 40 for proportions of masts and yards.
