Newbie here.  I bought my Dad a retired carpenter the Endeavour model over 15yrs ago. (Attached copy)  He completed 90% of it but passed away from cancer 10 years ago and I would like to finish it. He has done most of the rigging but it’s not finished and I have no diagram...if there was one.  Would someone be able to help me get a copy please.  Thankyou.

Thank Allan.  I have tried to but with no luck.  I’ll try the site you suggested. There are no instructions in the booklet so I’m trying to go off the top of the box which Dad kept.  The instruction arnt that great overall really.
Thankyou

Katt,

There are several good books on rigging British ships for which most, if not all, of the lines on Endeavour would be comparable.   The ideal book would be Masting and Rigging English Ships of War by Lees as it covers the most detail but can be costly.  There are others as well that may be of help, including The Young Sea Officer's Sheet Anchor by Darcy Lever.  It is a contemporary work to the early 19th century.    David Steel's book on rigging is great but does not really show much, if anything, on what lines go where.  Still an interesting piece to have and  can usually be found on line for free https://maritime.org/doc/steel/     You may find all of these to be overly complex for your project, but they have much more accurate information than the majority of kit plans.

Hi Katt

I am in the process of building the AL Endeavour, from the instruction booklet are you able to send me the reference numbers that correspond to what you need to complete, I can then try and send you pictures of the rigging diagrams for these parts
