dc12 Posted February 2, 2024 #1 Posted February 2, 2024 Would anyone have any building plans for any one of the 13 Balitmore Clippers of the Morris-Taney class around 1830s I recently bought an Author B Taney Revenue Cutter a Baltimore Clipper made by Dikar a 1/54 scale model and when i opened it there were no plans. GrandpaPhil Posted February 2, 2024 #2 Posted February 2, 2024 (edited) There are plans for the hull of the Morris on Plate VII of Chapelle’s “The History of American Sailing Ships” which means that there is a full set of plans available from the Smithsonian. The Revenue Cutters were relatively standardized so it should not be too difficult to find/come up with dimensions and drawings for masts/rigging.
