We are currently having problems accessing orders in our web store which is run by Shopify.  We receive notices that orders have been placed, but I cannot access them to print out labels and packing slips.  I can do US orders from the information that is sent to us, but cannot complete non-US orders because I cannot access the customs information.  Therefore, for now, we have blocked foreign orders from being placed on our website.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  If you have questions, feel free to contact our office at: NRGhomeoffice@gmail.com

Our webstore is back up and running!  We apologize to our foreign customers who couldn't shop our store while it was down.  We couldn't access your customs information so we couldn't accept your orders.  Thank you for your patience!
