Scheldt River SIB - 1/1250

This is my SIB build of the Trailing Suction Hopper Dredger (TSHD) Scheldt River.

The vessel is owned by the Belgian dredging and marine infrastructure company DEME. She was one of the first dredgers that could be powered by Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), next to more common marine fuels. This makes her more environmentally friendly.

She is mostly employed to do maintenance dredging on rivers in Europe.

The build was completed a while back, with a build log on this site. It took me a while to finalise the nameplate.
