  1. Welll after lots of sucking up to the wife, i'm aloud the get the Caldercraft HMS Victory. Well this is more to the fact the wife has got me a year's pass to the Portsmouth Navel base ( 3 miles from my house ) for a Fathers days gift.

     

    I'm there tomorrow 19/6/13. so ill be taking a a lot of pictures of the Victory and Warrior

    although Caldercraft is a great looking kit, just the cost and can't find anywhere for the size.

     

    Contructo and Mantua seam to be almost the same yet not much smaller that Caldercraft.

     

    so really not sure now :( wife does not mind much!!

Well as there was no working this weekend i spent time waling the pups, few hours on the PS3 with my son and a few hours on the ship. as you see the forward mast is ready and i have started the rigging,, although i stripped it off and started  it again and the picture 073 it looks so much better and the pattern has stayed the same..

  4. Hey Shawn, Thanks very much, its ok, I want to be better Well will on the victory.  Glad works is going great, better than none,  There no race, just not good weather in the Uk to go skydiving, although it starting to improve.. 

     

    Not done any on the build since last weekend, Working and tired my self and this coming week is very busy with an 18hour day on Tue.

  5. Well had a few hours due to change of child plans  (YAY Put the flags out))

     

    Got One of the little buggers in place, (Cannons that is) one down thirteen to go.. :(​ : Very much a pain and fiddly any ideas on a simple way to do this, took just over an hour. Not that I mind, just will only get one done every few days. and was getting tiresome on the old fingers and back.
