    I like how model ships are displayed on a holder with brass holders… but I can’t get it to stay up correctly . Looking for recommendations: The opening is about 1 mm wider than the ship. I’ve tried wedges and little shims, no luck. Someone recommended drilling holes then using screws.

    There is a playlist on YouTube for the Occre Beagle with step by step instructions. I have not built The Beagle but found their videos very helpful for other ships. The Occre Facebook group is helpful too.

The Guild is a non-profit educational organization whose mission is to “Advance Ship Modeling Through Research”. We provide support to our members in their efforts to raise the quality of their model ships.

The Nautical Research Guild has published our world-renowned quarterly magazine, The Nautical Research Journal, since 1955.
