Hi In the previous message he showed that he was mechanizing the woods that form the water ways of the deck main of the frigate La Mahonesa, now this one is installed water ways, I put 2 photos taken from stern to bow and the other from bow to stern. The next step for which I am preparing the woods, is the placement of the two water ways (against), this which is stuck to the side, and in the center the installation of the two sets of binding streaks, all these parts together with the knee deck are the main part of the structure of the deck, and since it is a battery deck are robust parts. In a 3D graph of Fermín, in marked all these pieces for a better identification, which I guess will be useful to those who are not yet familiar with this type of structures. The gutter ledges of the beams and ledges, will be installed then, and as final will cover the remaining space with tracks of boards of lesser thickness In a zoom of the deck over the central area, (in the mid ship frame), we see where there is the investment of the layout of the structure, here in the deck is visible in the placement of the gutter ledges, we appreciate the shroud on one side of the beams, and more to the bottom in the same face of the bao is a notch, to insert the gutter ledges, the two halves look at the mid ship frame. Thank you very much for the positive comments about the book: AN INTRODUCTION TO PLANKED ON FRAME SCALE MODEL SHIP BUILDING “DOCKYARD STYLE” I do not want to make much fuss about the "No Idea" team, I just want to leave at your disposal a link to the album of all the photos that were made during the construction of the model of "Le Rochefort" and that after some of them were used to doubt the book described above. I hope that having these photos that complement those of the book, is useful to those who are preparing to build this small and beautiful boat https://goo.gl/photos/smMP2r6mED2ySm2W8 That’s it, if any of you have any questions about the book you can send me a message, I promise to answer Adrián Sorolla

Hi , No Idea Congratulations on the work, clean and well done. Le Rochefort is a ship destined to the supply of powder the fleet therefore the barrels, that samples in the interior of the cargo hold, do not carry metal rings, go recercados with ropes. You can see it on the cover photo of the monograph book. as I do not know if the translation was understood well, I put a photo of the barrels I hope you understand that this is just a comment Adrián Sorolla

Hi I write to justify the lack of news on this subject. I spent many months preparing the monograph of this Spanish frigate, using the plans of Fermín Urtizberea. I hope to have the texts completed in two months, by the publisher ANCRE, soon. The monograph consists of 38 plans at 1:48, commented, and the inclusion of many 3D drawings to serve as a guide when making the model, as well as as as a historical part that introduces us into the era of its construction and its career. I’m putting in excerpts from the monograph, the book that accompanies the plans. I wish you a happy new year Adrián Sorolla

Some progress in the construction of the frigate. This is the realization of the anchor of mercy that must be located in the hold, and views of the structure of the first bridge. Adrián
-
Hi In this drawing you can see the rear installations on the fake bridge And in this photo we can see it on the model of the frigate from above. ------------------------------------------------- And at the end we see these facilities at the level of the false bridge: Adrián
-
Yes, Druxey, the figure is at the scale of the construction 1/32, I include it to have references of the size. Adrián
-
The fake bridge is filling with equipment. In the first photo, we see the cabin of the stern mast and in the background the curves of the transom. In the following photos, first a view of the large bits and the gable of the foremast, then the sheepfold. Adrián

Hi On the other hand, I continue with the established plan, the following are the orlop equipment, as a reference, I have some 3D drawings that help me. Adrián
