решил выложить процесс изготовления может кому и пригодится

1 клеил квадрат из четырех брусочков
2 на токарном станке делал центр с двух сторон,с одной стороны сверлил отверстие и вставлял 4мм трубку длинной примерно 15-20мм
3 зажимал между центрами и протачивал один конец (где нет трубки )под цанговый патрон 10мм и длинной примерно половины детали
4 на фрезер устанавливал поворотный столик с цанговым патроном, чуть чуть его смещал примерно на 0,6 градуса
проверял индикатором чтобы разница диаметров составляло 1,5мм
5 зажимал детали и фрезеровал восьмигранник получая нужный наклон конец с трубкой поджимал задней бабкой
6 также фрезеровал стальной пруток но на 0,5 мм меньше но на 20мм длиннее на нём я подгонял обручи
7 фрезеровал восьмигранник без конуса
8 на токарном станке нарезал фланцев в них просверлил отверстия, вставил в них маленькие винтики квадратные и центральную ось и всё это спаял
9 нарезал деревянные стволы в размер просверлив второе отверстие и посадил центральную часть на клей
10 нарезал из трубки колечки и на стальной оправке предал форму и нужный размер
материал латунь дерево не помню точно или яблоня или тёрен (слива мелкая) покрыл масло тунговое два слоя

если я правильно понял вопрос то попробую объяснить, как я сделал болты отпилил от полосы бронзы полосы размером 1х1 мм,взял трубку чтобы в неё плотно входил прут распилил её вдоль, токарный станок вставил цанговый патрон в нем выточил болты, пробовал без разрезной трубки получается очень плохо часть болтов отламывается
