Hi,

 

I'm Steve and I hope to get back into this wonderful world of model ship building art.  Actually, I've been lurking through this site for quite a few years and now that I'm finally retired and have some time on my hands (I think!), I'd like to get back into it.

 

I completed a Constructo model of the Great Republic way back when I was in high school (in the 60's) but could never get the time to complete another.  Quite a few starts but got discouraged as they didn't turn out the way I wanted and they ended up in the fireplace!

 

I've collected a closet full of models and I hope to either get one of them going or just get inspired with something new.  Coming to the realization that I need to do a model of reasonable scale / size as there will be no where to put it.

 

I'm amazed at the talent on this site & hope to contribute in some way.
