My twin brother died 12 months ago and I inherited a model of the Billing Boats Wasa model kit. it had been started but had proved a bit too much of a project for him. I took over the build but have just discovered that the plan of the standing rigging is missing from the plans. I have tried various kit shops but they either do not reply to my phone message or cannot help me. If there is someone out there who can help me I would be very grateful. I would like to finish this build as a reminder to me of my twin brother. Thankyou for reading this post

Hi Tony,

So sorry for your loss! Can't image what it's like to loose a sibling, even so a twin.

Hope you find the strength needed ❤️

About plans, will this link prove useful:

https://www.billingboats.com/index.php/modelboats-footer/75/120/boats/the-expert/P-bb490-wasa

There are two downloads. One for the construction and one for the rigging.

It says copyrighted on the rigging plan but you easily see through that text.

Might it work?

@clipper-Tony, if the online PDF:s doesn't cut if for you. I mean, print shops might have problem with the COPYRIGHT watermark, I have the plans and can possibly have them copied locally and send them to you.

Just send me a PM.

Cheers

Happy modelling!

Håkan

I'll send them to you via pm.

You need :
a printer

paper A4
tape
time
And then you have a plan scale 1/1
