Good news for us here at Ages of Sail, we just added Chris Watton's 3D printed ships boats to our shop website!

Chris' work is so well known here on MSW that we really don't need to explain how amazing these boat kits are. But, we'll say it anyway... They are AMAZING!

Unable to help myself, I ordered the 33' Royal/Admiral's Barge in 1/48-scale. I'm picking it up at Ages of Sail tomorrow. Can't wait!

 

I'm looking at building this as a standalone display model... 🤗

The Guild is a non-profit educational organization whose mission is to “Advance Ship Modeling Through Research”. We provide support to our members in their efforts to raise the quality of their model ships.

The Nautical Research Guild has published our world-renowned quarterly magazine, The Nautical Research Journal, since 1955. The pages of the Journal are full of articles by accomplished ship modelers who show you how they create those exquisite details on their models, and by maritime historians who show you the correct details to build.
