    Tonight was decal-time. Big milestone for the project because this was the last part to be added before I start on the ropes and gaffs/booms. The kit decals were not stored well and were both shabby and bent. Had a local company scan them and make pre- cut letters. The Syren rope will arrive in a month or so and a break in the project will occour…

    Today I added the life buoys. Not perfect but better than sugested in the instructions where they where supposed to be tied to the railings…

    Added something to see through the windows, an axe and a fire extinguisher😂

    And there is light! Finally testing all LED’s together, that is a milestone😃

    More shrouds and lanyards today😂

    Last days I have been making shrouds from 1,2 mm stainless wire.

    Started to add some wire, scratch building shackles and serving with black line.

    Built a basic serving machine to make the standing rigging👍🏻

    Well, I gave up on the fiber, they were hard to bend in the restricted room inside the mast. Used 3 mm flathead leds inside the lanterns and soldered a 2 mm brass tube wich cables are running trough.

    More work on the sailors👍🏻

    Working on the lanterns, they need some more sanding so I have to repaint them…

    Trying to fit optic cables for the three lights at the top of main mast🙈

    Glued with epoxy and the dressings are from the Tamiya doctor👍🏻

    It is starting to look like a boat!

    Getting crowded in there. Still 3 more servo’s and battery for lightning and the pump, buck converters and pwm for the flow of cooling water to install. All lightning in lanterns will be fed with 1 mm optic cables and central lightning will be yellow leds. Rudder and motor is installed and working😃 IMG_4994.MOV
