    both 1/8 and 3/32 deadeyes 85 % dust i would like to replace with pewter but so far i have only found wood

    hi all. im getting ready to start the model shipways 1/64 rattlesnake and was looking at some of the hardware there is a bag of deadeyes that are grey the bag has dark grey powdery substance are these made from lead ? is that the reason for the grey?
