Some photos so far...
I have also bought some paint, not supplied with the kit, to do the yellow line around the top of the hull and to paint the propellor shafts (apologies, I will learn the correct terminology!) And also some lights to put inside!

So , here goes, I've decided to have a go at modelling and having always being fascinated with the Titanic I thought I would start there.
I've completed about half of it so far and thought I would build a log, as much for me to look back on as also to gain some expert tips from members here.
I have also bought an Occre Polaris, which will be next project, I thought I would try plastic and wood and see which I like best, although I think in the end I will continue with both for variety. I've been looking at the amazing build logs on here for this model and I'm already learning, which is why I started in the first place.
Anyway, here goes....

For this build, I'm following the instructions to the letter. Maybe I'll get more confident as time goes on to find better ways of doing things. I'll update once I've got a bit futher.
