I've completed the hull and about to put the railing around the top of the hull and lay the decking. It looks like you've used a stain on both timbers - is that correct. The instructions say to use a clear gloss but that doesn't come up that well. Also how did you go about shaping the deck timber, what I mean is, how to did you come up with the shape to trim the decking to before you laid it.
