Before i start, im not ready to start something like this, but is there a British supplier of timer kits - like lumber yard, but after my current build is completed, i fancy something that is not total kit related

I know Jotika will cut timber of various types (including pear) to size. Last time I asked they said they could do most thicknesses. Widths around 100mm, depending on wood that they have available. There are of course other wood suppliers, but none that I know of that do kits for a specific model, and none that do laser-cut parts for the kits.

However, I haven't done too much research on this and it'll be nice to see if others come up with suggestions.

If you go to the WOOD discussion forum there are 2 pinned items on where to buy wood/suppliers. Don't know if will help or not but mayu be a good place to put any suppliers you find here (have it in one place) Good luck

i was looking for a British company that provides a service like Lumber-yard, providing different lumber sets in different woods to complete semi scratch models, apparently there are not any.
