Sooooo.....then I did a pw reset but I 'm not getting an e-mail to reset by pw....(noting in Junk folder , etc). I used my wife's e-mail to send this message. Any help is appreciated. Usually because something went wrong during the registration process and when I tried to start over I was told that the email address was already used. I would just make a new email address.
