Not long ago I was faced with making hundreds of different sized barrels for a cutaway model of Enterprise, a very famous whaling ship.  ...this was on a very tight time line since the model needed to delivered since it was already late.  Jason Reece at https://www.focusarchitecture.net/fcs-modeling rescued me.  He had a correct barrel that he was able to create in the sizes that I needed.  He printed several of each size which I was able to mold, paint and weather and in a very short time; I had completed and shipped the entire order.  He is very easy to work with and is very open to design mods and scale changes.  You will find some of his stock parts in the Harbor section of his website.
