Easy way to reference a topic

...so much easier just to ask: Is there an easy way to reference a topic within another topic? So the reader can click on it if they feel the need.

 

I want to know because I would like to update a build log with references to other posts in other topics.

Yes like that would be fine; better would be using a quote in the same way as when you reply to something within a topic. Just like this reply.
