BritByker Posted October 10 #1 Posted October 10 I purchased and started this model many years ago. It is my first wood model, and I put it away as I didn't have the time while working. Retired now and started working on her again. I love the looks of the Prince and also her amazing history. The photos show where I am, and I am starting to build the masts and bow sprit now. There is no room to drill a hole above the port lids, and I don't think the geometry would hold the port up either...

I just ran the gun port lid halliards over the rail and belayed them to cleats in the bulwarks.
