This is my rendition of the 1/200 Trumpeter plastic model kit, enhanced with 825 aftermarket and scratch built pieces. The model took 2,434 hours to build.

I really like the Pre-War BBs. My uncle was aboard the "West Virginia" the morning of Dec. 7th and was a survivor!

Magnificent build, Chuck. I've had this kit in a closet for, literally, years, and looking at

your photographs is inspiring me to get it out and try to at least come close to the level

of your work...perhaps after I finish my Chebec.
