    Yeah, just I I thought this looked amazing and it’s similar to a guy on Facebook who did the enterprise with it. I would show you but I’m not sure I can show other peoples work on these thread. 😂

    Hey pal, been reading through the posts on this amazing model was wondering how you did this. I’ve seen a lot of people do the oil canning / using under coat, but only a hand full of times with etching. There’s this guy on Facebook, he did this in the uss enterprise but never explained how, was wondering if you could talk me though the steps? 😊. I know this has been a couple years lol

The Guild is a non-profit educational organization whose mission is to “Advance Ship Modeling Through Research”. We provide support to our members in their efforts to raise the quality of their model ships.

The Nautical Research Guild has published our world-renowned quarterly magazine, The Nautical Research Journal, since 1955. The pages of the Journal are full of articles by accomplished ship modelers who show you how they create those exquisite details on their models, and by maritime historians who show you the correct details to build.
