  2. I'm still looking for a holder for my Endeouver. I was thinking of a bracket like the one made in a shipyard, for example, with two or three supports on the port and starboard. But I haven't found a suitable template yet. Maybe someone can help me.
  3. The rig (mast) and the mizzen mast were set up and the rigging started.

  4. Yes Rich, a larger model has the advantage that you can show more individual parts, but you also have to have the space to display such a model.
  5. Thanks TerryPat, it's not a kit, I got the plans, I was only able to buy the brass parts from a model maker. There is a nice kit at Krick Modellbau Germany that might be interesting for you.
  6. Small progress on my Endeouver. Planking the deck is progressing slowly with the 3 mm wide planks, but the squirrel is struggling to feed itself. I've already finished the superstructure, and I've finally finished the cabin seating with wood, as I simply didn't like the proposed leather upholstery.
  7. Hello Mark, you've created a beautiful model of the Endeouver with all its many little details. Congratulations, I take my hat off to your achievement. Your construction report is helping me with my Endeouver, which is currently under construction. Thank you. Greetings from St. Leon, Germany.
  8. A brief overview of the current status of the construction of the Endeouver
  9. Pictures after the planking has been completed, now it is sanded and the hull gets a finishing touch
  10. Hello Marcika, the stability when filling the frames with balsa wood is surprisingly good. If you make sure to apply the balsa face to the fuselage side then small pins will also hold the planks.
  11. We are slowly moving forward with the planking of the Endeavour. Here are some pictures
  14. Hello, I would like to introduce myself briefly. My name is Herbert Heger,
and I live near Heidelberg St. Leon - Rot Germany. I have been building historical ship
models since my youth, for example the Adler von Lübeck, Hamburg,
Fregatte Berlin, U-Boot 845, Constitution, San Felipe, Soleil Royal
and the Gorch Fock. I have now decided to build the Endeouver 1:35 from Amatie.
While searching, I came across your building report. A really detailed report
and a super model that you have built. Greetings from Germany, Herbert

Hi Herbert, welcome to MSW. If you decide to start a build log of Endeavor go to the top of the page and click on “Create”. From the drop down menu choose “topic”. Choose the appropriate forum by clicking on the arrow at the left. Create a title as outlined in the “How to use the MSW Forum”. Good luck with your project! Also as you can see, you may not get many responses when you use the “Status “ function.

  15. A very nice and really well built model of the Endeouver! The detailed construction report with the many pictures will certainly help me to build my Endeouver 1:35. Great respect for your work. Greetings Herbert Heger from St. Leon - Red Germany
