Hi, Tom!
The deck is not yet finished. It must be like polished. Then I will see what to do next.
Have a nice day Tom!

Beautiful hull form. Great work shaping the hull.
Russ
Thank you Russ. This is preliminary work: I want to see if the hull shape is as I want.

Hello Alex!
Very nice build, very clean work. Where did you cut the bulkheads?

Hello all,
Finally an update, it was long overdue.
The railings and the grating at the bow section are in place. They just need a little touching up and staining.
Now I can really see where I made the mistakes. Before placing the railings I wish I had thought of using a template to get the right angles/roundings like J. (JCT) did on his Half Moon.
But that is water under the bridge and something to keep in mind for future reference.
The rudder is also in place.
Tomorrow it is time to start shaping the masts and spars.
Thanks for watching.

Hi, Anja!
I can't see attached pictures. What could be the problem?

Nice tutorial! Thank you for submitting it. Is the last picture imported dxf in FreeShip?

Bob,
Delftship is a good (because it's free and good ) tool for modelling 3D hull. With some effort you can obtain any shape of a ship (and more), develope it to frames and other elements - but you will need any other vector graphics programme for comfortable work. It could be any CAD or Corel Draw, for example. As I have promised to Anja, I will show a short tutorial for preparing such drawings.
Hi, Jaro!
Did you start the tutorial? If you did, please, can you put the link in this topic?
Kind regards,
Hrvoje

The ship is really beautiful. And the work is neat and precise. I like it!

Hi, Sinan!
Did you get tired like me with all those frames? I put my model little bit aside.

The deck will be beautiful!

Hello Elmir,
Don't worry, I'm no expert on sails either.
I found this article on Wikipedia. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bracera
It shows pictures of the sails used on the different types of Bracera's.
I'm sorry Wayne, but I think Andy is right.
Take care,
Anja
So we can agree Elmir's bracera is the lug rigged single mast bracera.
I like this Wikipedia!

Inspiring work. I enjoy each of you photos. Some of them seem to be taken on the real ship!

Thank you for the links to the add-in site. Very useful pages.

Hi, Elmir!
I am glad to find you here, too! The build is already beautiful.

Hi, Bob!
I am experimenting, little bit. :)
This is only the basis for the deck.
