Book Recommendations

I have gone through the list in the first post on books and I am still clueless. My Question: If I am to do a scratchbuild of either the Santisima Trinidad or the Le Montebello, which books will assist me to build French and/or Spanish boats.

 

I have also looked at ANCRE but do not know which books to buy.
