    Good evening.... Got the fillerblocks gluid into place... Also planked the little platform, just waiting on some Golden Oak from CMB... Tonight I have sanded the bulkheads... Just need a little more sanding for the perfect shape....

    Hey... Found the first little issue... The framing templates provided is way out of scale... But then i looked at the plansheet 2 and that scale is correct... Dont now if any of you gays have had that problem??? The picture shows the diffrent issue... The upper model is the correct scale...

    Hey Hey... Bulkheads are glued to the BF. It´s 100% straight . Now it´s on to the fillerblocks tonight. And welcome to my Syren build everybody, Nice to have you along...

    So i got off to a good start ( I think ) Got a little work done in the shipyard... I roughly sanded the bulkhead´s and glued the keel and stem knee to the bulkhead former...

( Very Very Very Impressed by all off you Syren Builders ) So i hope i can get help from you if it´s needed.. I will start building in the next couple off days...     Will follow this build with big interest... have set my own Constitution on hold ... There are too great lack of detail in the kit and I am not a scratch builder yet. Its only scale 1/100... By the way, it's nice to be here from the beginning... Gundorph

    Great skills there.. Hard to see you are a first-timer. Cant imagine how great the next ship will look... keep up the good work. You have convinced me that the Syren is gonna be my next build instead off the Granado from Caldercraft... Gundorph

    Thanks Dominic... The only plastic part in the kit is the anchor... Its a cheap kit compared to others but its also only 1/100 scale... Dominic when you build HMS Victory from Caldercraft you will be very disappointed with the degree of detail and quality of the kit compared to kits from Caldercraft. I will either build HMS Snake or HMS Bomb Vessel Granado from Caldercraft as the next build, I have not decided yet. Gundorph
