Ok sorry everyone for the delay Had to leave town for a while
Took your advice mark and drilled the holes for the masts and the bowsprit With the dowels in place it almost looks like a ship Slow progress of late but I promise more updates soon

Ok guys after hours and hours of thought reading and planning I'm almost positive that I'm not doing the best job but it's looking to me to be shaping up into a fair rendition of what a ship should look like any thoughts?

hey bob hope your builds coming along just went back through your log and she is a good looking girl cant wait to see some updates i myself was thinking of doing either the constitution or the hermione next i love the look of both of them cant wait to see how the planking comes out and if you plan to copper stain or poly your hull the contrasting woods look great so far good luck sir

Is she a single planked hull or a double

I use the same bender took a few planks to get the hang of it but it works well Also if you have any raised areas wet your plank and use the rounded end and iron out kinks just don't discolor the planks lol She is looking great
