As long as it is not exposed to the sun, it should not be aged. It is more resistant to aging than ordinary pigments. -

Hello Thank you very much. In fact, I am studying the flag these days, and I have some doubts I'm referring to the flag of La salamandre The flag is very important to our model, especially when it is in the wind. It can make the model full of life But the pure white flag seems to lack some color, If the color is richer, the whole model will be embellished I understand what you said. He is indeed a white flag. I have seen it in many works I'll add a pure white flag, Thanks again, Cheers! Tom -

Sails need to be made by themselves, but not sewn,I'll give you a tool for cutting cloth First of all, you need to color the cloth, then sizing and hardening Smooth with an iron and cut into strips Then stick the strips together,You can get a sail -

kit review Kit Review - HMS ENTERPRIZE (1774) by CAF MODELS
cafmodel replied to kljang's topic in REVIEWS: Model kits
Thank you very much to Kerry, and also to my friends who have been supporting me. I can't finish these works without your help We are now waiting for Ancre's authorization, and then we will start selling salamandre, renommee, Le reqin chebec and La Belle For La Belle, we have plans to redesign. The size is 1 / 48. Will it be too small? Is it better if 1 / 36 is better, Thanks again to my friends Tom -

About the NRG
If you enjoy building ship models that are historically accurate as well as beautiful, then The Nautical Research Guild (NRG) is just right for you.
The Guild is a non-profit educational organization whose mission is to “Advance Ship Modeling Through Research”. We provide support to our members in their efforts to raise the quality of their model ships.
The Nautical Research Guild has published our world-renowned quarterly magazine, The Nautical Research Journal, since 1955. The pages of the Journal are full of articles by accomplished ship modelers who show you how they create those exquisite details on their models, and by maritime historians who show you the correct details to build. The Journal is available in both print and digital editions. Go to the NRG web site (www.thenrg.org) to download a complimentary digital copy of the Journal. The NRG also publishes plan sets, books and compilations of back issues of the Journal and the former Ships in Scale and Model Ship Builder magazines.
