Cheers John for your input.  No its not a stupid question. Unfortunately it is in a real hard to get to place with all the ratlines in place. And the only drill I use is an arcmedian drill.
Even if I had seen this before construction of the masts, It would of been tough to get a hole through there. The rest of the yards have this line simply drilled through the masts as shown in the pic.
So as the only option I see I will have to follow suit with the rest of the yard rigging.

Turns out John your idea is exactly what the rest of the pans read. Thank you for the tip.
Have attached the parrel beads and cleats.

Have the foremast yards shaped and sanded. Making up blocks for them.

So... busy tying more blocks. I have the lines from the center of the yards down to their respective Belaying pins. Coiling the excess rope as I go.
Here are the first three ropes belayed.

More rigging going on. Slowly but surely.

Main mast and fore mast has all of their yards attached and raising and lowering rigging attached.

I would go with the two ropes heading down to the deck. The ropes sometimes link around a sheave block and then are connected to the deck.
    As in the pic...

But then again, this pic is from the plans of the Friesland. A Dutch ship from 1663. Best of luck

    Ok so now it's confusing.
The line (466 Dark line) that supports the yard (312) runs from the yard, Up and over the Donkey head (mast cap). And then from there, Down to a violin block belayed the the deck.
Thats straight forward on the plans but there is no way I can run the line through the Donkey head as shown in the plans.
The Donkey head is made of very hard metal and drilling is not an option.
There are no holes or sheaves to run the line over.
I could go over the front but that will look bad.

Thanks, I have been enjoying your build and impressed at the finish you have achieved, next build is the Santa Maria so I can not hide my mistakes with a coat of paint so trying to get some practice on this one

The next stage to start working on the stern galleries roofs and ornamentation.
The decorative peices around the windows were painted and attached. Abit of bending and elbow grease and finally got them to fit properly. They are of a soft metal.
A 2×5mm strip was bent around the top of what is to become the gallery roof.
The green is actually dyed Wood strips that had to be cut and mounted on the inside of the decorations under the windows.

I only found out later, much too late later that the stern planking on either side of the stern post should be at a 45° Angle
My fault. It's been a fun process though.

Have a look at my build, The Mamoli 1:75 Friesland. On Page 2 it shows me putting the second planking on.  Just buy using drawing pins next to the plank. No holes
Your build looks fantastic. Good work

Looks great. And very neatly done. Have a look at my build of the 1:75 Friesland, Mamoli for ratline ideas. I never tie my ratlines, just 50:50 white glue and water. I rekon it would work a treat for your scale.
The black and yellow have come up really well.
