    As long as our house is not sold, I can use all my spare time for modelbuilding.
    After the house is sold I expect the build will go on hold for a few months, I will keep you posted

    a dry-fit for the ruder

    finally all figures on the bow section mounted,
     

     
    and the last pictures on the stern, including an extra wooden strip below the lions

    first gallery completed with the mermaids, now the figures on the downside of the galleries and of course the other gallery

    the yellow lines are now finished (leftover wood strips 0,5mm)

    Does anyone knows a website with very good pictures of the 1:10 model in the Museum which I can use for the painting as a guideline
     
    I am now using this as a reference, but not all details are complete shown.

    during my visit in Stockholm I made some pictures but due to the bad light in the museum, most of them were not good made (studid, I know) I can ask for a re-visit to my wife, but I assume she will not approve this visit

    some additional wooden strips needs to be added later.
    and a new set windows as the supplied windows were to big.

    started with the ruder, I replaced the standard plywood with wallnut
     

     
    and I finished these chains using a glue (Stabilit)

    Finally a new post,
    I am busy privatly with the preparation for selling our house

    The gunport (doors) are painted, sorted the lionheads and placed them on the ports as dryfit.

    The last weeks I have been busy with the chain plates. I have now completed them, on both port side and starboard side. See the pictures. Lateron I will attach the deadeyes to them.
    Meanwhile, I have also made and installed the blocks that are located on the stern whales. I had seen them many times in the museum photos, but was only alerted to them when Michael mentioned them.
